The Week of Giving (Monday, March 16 - Friday, March 20) is a fundraising event hosted by Punxsutawney Area Community Foundation and Bridge Builders Community Foundations. Each tax-deductible donation is then partially matched by corporate sponsors, instantly stretching the value of each contribution beyond 100%.
Investing in Punxsutawney Memorial Library is investing in Punxsutawney and our surrounding communities. Join us during the 4th annual Week of Giving to raise funds for library programs, services, online resources, and initiatives at https://bbcfgives.org/organizations/74-punxsutawney-memorial-library.
In 2018, Punxsutawney Memorial Library received ~14.5% in additional funds thanks to the the partial match of stretch pool funds:
Donors Contributions: $1,615 + Stretch Pool: $236 = Total Received: $1,851
Contests: There will be Week of Giving contests that allow participating organizations a chance to earn even more funds! (For these contests, Punxsutawney Memorial Library is classified as a small organization.)
